Bistro Corretto

About This Project

The owners of Caffè Corretto at Gloucester Quays asked Bedrock to help them with a feasibility study for a brand extension, having created their branding and interiors a few years previously. They had an opportunity from their landlord to bid for a new bar and bistro as their café had been trading very well and they were keen to expand. We provided a pitch document showing concept plans and sketches with look and feel examples. Unfortunately, Corretto didn’t win the pitch as the landlord chose a bid offering more experience in that sector, but we have since successfully delivered their next project, Trattoria Settebello.
