About This Project

We were delighted to be asked by our clients at Caffè Corretto to create the branding and interiors for their newest project, Trattoria Settebello at Gloucester Quays. As a family-run business, they had looked to their heritage to choose the name ‘Settebello’ – the luckiest card in the traditional Neapolitan card game of ‘Scopa’. The restaurant concept is a modern take on honest peasant dishes from Southern Italy served with traditional Italian family values. The bar sits centre stage with a hung, blackened-steel glass rack above a handmade pewter bar top with a classic marble front. Settebello’s signature metre-long pizzas are served from a hand-finished mosaic pizza oven imported from Naples.
