GoChisou

About This Project

Following the success of our work for Chisou’s Japanese restaurant in Mayfair, our client asked us to design the first store for their new fast food concept called GoChisou, located in Chiswick Business Park. Sushi, bento, noodles and salads are freshly prepared on the premises every day for the office lunchtime crowd – eat in, take-away or delivery. We used warm woods to unify a mix of seating; poser stools in the window, long communal tables with benches and quieter booths with charging points for groups and informal work meetings. A Japanese wallpaper mural links the booths and sets off the colour palette of cool greys and greens against bespoke metal fretwork screening.
