Caffè Nero – The Middle East

About This Project

In 2009 Caffè Nero served its first espresso in the Middle East at the Dubai Mall. Working with the Al Tayer Group as sole franchisee and a local architect, Bedrock designed and oversaw the creation of the first stores. We are now solely responsible for the design and roll-out of all stores in the region due to our brand knowledge and the expertise we bring to the build process. There are now 22 stores in Dubai, and the brand has expanded further to Ras Al Khaimah in the north and Abu Dhabi to the west. More recently, we provided the creative pitch work for a series of franchised units within the new, state-of-the-art passenger terminal at Muscat Airport, Oman. We are proud to say that all 3 available units, located airside and landside, were won.
