Located in the heart of Euston, London, The 383 Club is a workspace designed with a clear focus on enhancing productivity, well-being, and collaboration. Bedrock Design was tasked with creating an environment that fosters creativity and teamwork while also providing areas for relaxation and focus. The goal was to design a space where Greene King’s staff could thrive in an atmosphere that encourages both innovation and personal recharge.
The layout of The 383 Club was designed to offer a variety of spaces suited to different work functions. A central feature is the Create Workshop/Project Room, a vibrant, multi-functional area designed to inspire creativity. This space includes a striking rainbow table, a concealed flat-screen TV for presentations, and a glass-fronted fridge to ensure refreshments are always on hand. Additionally, it serves as a recreational space where staff can bond over a game of ping-pong or unwind during quieter moments.
For those seeking a break from the office environment, the outdoor terrace offers a peaceful retreat. The flexible aluminium pergola ensures that staff can enjoy fresh air and outdoor seating year-round, regardless of the weather. This addition helps balance work with rest and supports staff well-being.
Functionality is also key in the design, with built-in lockable storage, seamless printer and communication units, and other practical elements integrated to maintain organisation and efficiency without compromising on style.
The 383 Club is a reflection of Greene King’s commitment to its staff, providing a workspace that not only supports professional productivity but also encourages personal growth and collaboration.
